● Orders can be placed via website, email, or phone.● Payment terms will be confirmed in the invoice (deposit, full payment, or milestone payments).● Accepted payment methods: Interac e-Transfer, bank transfer.● Prices do not include taxes unless stated.

3. Pickup & Installation

● Products are available for pickup at our location, or we can provide installation services at your site.● Installation services are primarily available in the cities listed on our website. However, we may offer installations in other locations upon request, subject to availability and potential travel considerations.● Payment is due upon completion of the installation or pickup; no advance payments are required.● Customers must provide safe and clear access to the installation site.● Installation timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, site conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.● Any delays caused by site conditions or client unavailability may result in rescheduling.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

● Since payment is collected upon completion of the installation or pickup, no refunds or deposits apply prior to service.● Customers may request to cancel or reschedule an installation or pickup appointment. We ask for as much notice as possible to accommodate scheduling, but no fees apply for cancellations made before the team arrives on-site.● If our team arrives at the site and is unable to complete the installation due to site conditions or lack of access, this may be considered a last-minute cancellation, and a rescheduling fee may apply.● Refunds are not applicable, as payment is only collected after the service is completed.

5. Warranty & Liability

● Products come with the manufacturer’s warranty if applicable.● WatchtowerBollards guarantees professional installation, but is not liable for damage caused by external factors (vehicles, weather, vandalism, or improper use).● Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service.● Customers must follow maintenance and usage instructions.
